Nicole from Lillyella posted this tutorial on ScoutieGirl this week, and I knew I had to make one immediately. It’s incredibly easy and quick to make, especially if you have a circle punch on hand… and if you don’t, it’s worth getting one. They come in handy from time to time. Mine is 2″ and it made a nice, big ornament.

I just love the way it turned out, especially for the time I invested. It’s brilliant. My boyfriend helped, so that was fun to do together. He got a Christmas card from the Atlanta Falcons this year. Now he’ll have it forever and his team is represented on the tree in a cute way. Sure beats cutting the cards up to make next year’s gift tags, doesn’t it?
