Wonderful! I just made this using my Caramel Cream honey. I also added about 1/4 tsp baking soda to fluff it up a tad. The last Mug cake I made was really dry but this was perfect. Love it!

We make our chickens in our slow cooker--also ridiculously easy, as long as you get a small chicken or have a large slow cooker. No crispy skin, but it's ready when we get home. Bones go right back into the slow cooker to make stock after dinner. Maybe next time I'll try the oven to change things up.

Awesome! I've been looking for "modesty" panels or dickeys for plus size and decided to just make my own. This isn't anything I'd thought of! Perfect for those cute non plus size shirts in thrift stores!! I can hardly wait to get started! Thank You!

Sounds like you're not into beef, much ;)

I make a roast chicken about once a month. They taste good with as little as salt, pepper, and olive oil rubbed on them, but I like to add sage. Your spice combos look interesting. I may have to try them. And I never thought of putting peppers under the skin!

Awesome! W and I have also been doing this for the last few weeks (Sunday is roast chicken night in this house). We throw pretty much everything from the pantry shelf in the roasting pan--squash, all sorts of potatoes, yams, garlic, onions, carrots (ok, we keep those in the fridge)--with a little oil, salt, and pepper. Then it's leftover chicken and veggies all week. This week, we dumped the leftovers into a dutch oven, added a puff pastry to the top, and re-baked it with a little chicken broth for low-effort chicken pot pie! Glad to see all these new ideas as well!
